On the occasion of International Yoga Day, our institution conducted a rejuvenating Yoga and Wellness session for first and second year BDS students on June 21st, 2025. We had the honor of hosting Mrs.Kalaiselvi from Isha Yoga Centre, who led the session with grace and insight. The event began with a brief talk on the transformative power of yoga in everyday living. With around 200 students participating, the 3-hour session included a range of asanas, breathing practices, and calming relaxation techniques. The event served as a reminder of the importance of self-care and community well-being, paving the way for future initiatives centered on holistic health.
