White coat ceremony conducted for third BDS students!

The White Coat Ceremony for third-year BDS students was held on September 8, 2025, in the Dental College Auditorium, marking a significant milestone in their academic journey as they transitioned into clinical practice. Principal Dr.Sharath Asokan welcomed the gathering, while Dr.S.Nagalakshmi, Principal, Vivekananda Dental College for Women, Tiruchengode, served as the Guest of Honour and addressed the audience on the symbolic role of the white coat and the importance of practising evidence-based dentistry and patient care. She also distributed the white coats to the students, signifying their formal entry into the clinical phase of education. Dr.C.A.Mathew, Vice-Principal (Administration), administered the White Coat Ceremony Oath, emphasizing the values of professionalism, ethics, and patient care expected of future dental professionals. The ceremony was attended by parents, Vice-Principals, Directors, and faculty members, making the occasion both memorable and inspiring.
