Value added course on soft skills conducted for interns!

The Value-Added Courses Committee organized a leadership program titled Soft Skills for Interns, on December 9th, 10th, 13th, 14th, and 17th, 2024. The program began with an inspiring session by Dr.Sharath Asokan (Principal) on “Soft Skills in Clinical Dentistry”. This was followed by Dr.Rajmohan’s talk on the “Scope of Dentistry,” Dr.Muguntharajan’s session on “Soft Skills are Life Skills,” Dr.Radhakrishnan’s lecture titled “Who Am I?” and Dr.Chandramohan’s presentation on “Time Management.” Around 100 interns benefited from the program, which enhanced their communication skills for effective clinical interactions, broadened their understanding of career opportunities in dentistry, fostered self-awareness, introduced time management strategies, and emphasized the importance of soft skills for holistic development and professional success.
