A screening camp was organised by the Department of Public Health Dentistry in association with Indian Dental Association, Erode branch on 30th May 2026 at the Corporation Office, Erode in view of World No Tobacco Day. Around 70 conservancy workers of the Erode Corporation were screened for oral diseases. They were educated about the ill effects of tobacco and the maintenance of oral health and hygiene.
