To commemorate National Oral Hygiene Day, an Oral Health Screening Camp was organized by the Departments of Periodontology and Public Health Dentistry, at Dhanvantri College of Nursing, Pallakapalayam, Namakkal, on 20th August 2026. Around 480 nursing students were screened for various oral health conditions and diseases. An awareness talk on Self-Awareness and Personal Resilience was also delivered by Dr.H.Esther Nalini, Professor and Head of Periodontology.
