In view of Doctor’s Day, the Department of Public health dentistry, KSR Institute of Dental Science and Research, and SPB Matriculation Higher Secondary School, SPB Colony, conducted a screening camp on July 1, 2023. Faculty members and interns from the department of Public health dentistry and NSS Volunteers participated in this camp. Around 512 students were screened for oral disease in the camp. Models were used to educate about brushing techniques and students were explained about the importance of maintaining oral hygiene. Students diagnosed with oral diseases were referred to our institution for further management. Overall, the program turned out to be successful in imparting the importance of oral health and maintenance.
