Screening camp conducted at Periyavalasu Government High School!

An oral health screening camp was conducted by the Department of Public Health Dentistry in association with the Indian Dental association, Erode Branch, at the Government High School, Periyavalasu, Erode on 24th July 2024. Around 263 students were screened for oral diseases. They were demonstrated about proper brushing method and also maintenance of oral hygiene. A team of 14 members which included teaching staff, interns, and non-teaching staff conducted the camp. The program was successful in imparting oral health awareness among students.
