As part of World Environment day, an oral screening camp was organised by the Department of Public Health Dentistry on 16th June 2026 at Kongunadu Matriculation Higher Secondary School. Around 300 students were screened for oral diseases. An awareness talk on the importance of environmental hygiene was delivered. A quiz was conducted for the students and winners were felicitated. Tree saplings were donated to the school as part of the program.
