The intern batch, Skylarks, successfully organized SARANGAM-2k24, an intra-college festival held from 20th December to 30th December 2024. This event encompassed multiple exciting activities, including SAARANG, SAGAPTHAM, and SAHITHYAM – each representing different domains of cultural, sports, and literary events. The festival saw enthusiastic participation from all undergraduate and postgraduate students and faculty members, celebrating creativity, sportsmanship, and intellectual growth. SAARANG-2k24 was a vibrant cultural fest featuring a mix of on-stage and off-stage activities. It allowed students and faculty to display their talents and creativity in various formats. A notable highlight of SAARANG was “KARIVIRUNTHU”, a celebration of flavours held on 26th December 2024 at the Charaka Block. The third-year undergraduate students (Shamrocks) emerged as the winners of SAARANG-2k24, showcasing exceptional talent in cultural performances and activities. The second-year undergraduate students (Titans) were the runners-up. SAGAPTHAM-2k24, the sports fest, brought together participants from various backgrounds, fostering teamwork and good sportsmanship. Competitions were held in several sports, promoting a healthy and competitive environment. The third-year undergraduate students (Shamrocks) emerged as the overall winners of SAGAPTHAM-2k24, and the second-year undergraduate students (Titans) were the runners-up. SAHITHYAM-2k24 was a literature fest aimed at nurturing literary talents and creative thinking. The third-year undergraduate students (Shamrocks) claimed the title in SAHITHYAM-2k24, and the first-year undergraduate students (Spartans) were the runners-up. The third-year undergraduate students (Shamrocks) were the overall winners of SARANGAM-2k24, while the second-year undergraduate students (Titans) were the runners-up.
