As part of International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking, a rally was organised by the Municipal Chairman of Tiruchengode Municipality on 27th June 2023. The rally started at Anna Statue near Tiruchengode bus stand and it was flagged off by the Municipal Chairman of Tiruchengode and Dr.Sharath Asokan, Principal, KSRIDSR. Around 100 students of KSRIDSR and 100 from K.S.Rangasamy College of Nursing, workers from the municipality and the staff of Public Health Dentistry, KSRIDSR participated in the rally. The rally went through the four Chariot Streets and ended at Anna Statue. At the end, Principal Dr.Sharath Asokan and the Municipal Chairman gave a talk on the ill effects of drug abuse and the role of students in the prevention of drug abuse.
