The 21st National OOO Symposium took place at SCB Dental College and Hospital in Cuttack on the 8th, 9th, and 10th of March 2024. Six postgraduate students from the Department of Oral Medicine and Radiology presented scientific papers. Dr.Swarnalatha.R, a first-year postgraduate student, was awarded first prize for her scientific paper titled “Assessment of Oral Dryness in Patients Undergoing Dialysis – A Clinical Study.” Dr.A.Arunmozhi, a second-year postgraduate student, received the second prize for his scientific paper titled “Evaluation of Salivary Enzymes and Oral Lesions among Thermal Power Plant Workers.” Principal Dr.Sharath Asokan congratulated and appreciated the students.
