Pongal, the festival of harvest, was celebrated with joy and fervour on the 12th of January, 2024 at the Quadrangle, Charaka Block. To simulate the cultural customs of the Pongal festival, Navadhanya sprouts were cultivated for offering during the celebration. Students of each year, teaching and non-teaching staff members participated in the Pongal-making competition. They also took part in singing and dancing events and shared the joy of harvest festival.
