PG students of Periodontics win 2nd place in paper presentation

Postgraduate students of the Department of Periodontics, Dr.M.Amudha and Dr.Maniyammai, won the second place in paper presentation, in the national level conference “Killing the Killer: Diabetes- A Kaleidoscope” held on 24th August 2021. The conference was organized by JSS Academy of Higher Education, and Special Interest Group – Diabetes and Oral Care. The award winning paper by the PGs was titled “Disease modifying genes as shared genes in diabetes mellitus and periodontitis”.
