A dental outreach activity was conducted by the Department of Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics at Erode College of Pharmacy on 18th September 2025, in observance of World Patient Safety Day. The event aimed to raise awareness about dental trauma management and promote patient safety among students and staff. An informative lecture on dental trauma management was delivered, covering key topics such as immediate care for dental injuries, prevention strategies, and the importance of timely treatment. This session helped attendees understand how to respond effectively during dental emergencies to ensure optimal outcomes. Following the awareness lecture, a dental screening was performed for 116 participants, including both students and staff. The screening helped identify oral health issues and provided individuals with personalized advice and referrals. Overall, the dental camp successfully emphasized the significance of patient safety in dental health.
