Orientation program for new II BDS students conducted!

An orientation program for the new batch of second-year BDS students and their parents was conducted on 8th December 2025 in the Dental Auditorium. Principal Dr.Sharath Asokan addressed the gathering and emphasized the importance of attending the orientation program. He updated the gathering about the overall infrastructural developments of the college, attendance and internal examination protocols, and the importance of research in undergraduate studies. He also explained the functioning and objectives of the Mentor–Mentee Program. Heads of the second-year departments briefed the students and parents about the nature of academic and preclinical work carried out in their respective departments. The parents were then invited to an open forum, which was interactive and provided an opportunity to clarify doubts and share suggestions. This was followed by a dedicated interaction session between parents, students, and their respective mentors.
