International Women’s Day celebrated

The IQAC and the Women Empowerment Committee commemorated the International Women’s Day with events for almost a week. The UN theme for this year’s International Women’s Day is “DigitALL: Innovation and technology for gender equality”. A poster competition on “Cyber Security and Gender Equality” was conducted for the students. A skit on “online safety” was played and 136 undergraduate students took part in a flash mob with great zeal. Students actively participated and prizes were given away to the winners. The event was both informative as well as a visual treat to the spectators and turned out to be a grand success.
