A two-day faculty empowerment program, ‘Research Conclave’ was organized by the Research Unit and IQAC of KSR Institute of Dental Science and Research on 26th and 27th July 2024. A total of 68 faculty members and postgraduates benefited from this program. Dr.Nitesh Tewari, Additional Professor from Centre for Dental Education and Research, All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi was the Resource Faculty. On the first day, the program included sessions on grant writing and modules on thesis presentation. The second day focussed on systematic reviews and meta-analysis. The program was highly informative and everyone actively participated in the discussions and hands-on demonstration. 12 CDE points were allotted by the TN Dental Council for this program.
