Faculty and students win awards in the 16th National Conference of ISPRP

Dr.R.Renukadevi, Professor & Registered Indian Patent Agent, and Dr.Anjali Babu, Senior Lecturer, secured 1st place in the faculty category and Dr.Steffi Iniya, PG student, won the 1st place in the PG category, for their paper presentations on dental innovation at the 16th National Conference of the Indian Society of Prosthodontics-Restorative-Periodontics (ISPRP) held at Indira Gandhi Institute of Dental Sciences, Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth, Puducherry from the 21st to 23rd August 2026. Dr.Anjali Babu was elected as an Executive Committee Member of the ISPRP during the event.
ISPRP also awarded the “Outstanding Excellence Awards, 2025- 26” to toppers in the MDS examinations – Dr.Sowmya.K (Prosthodontics, Crown & Bridge), Dr.Janani Priya.KS (Periodontics) and Dr.Surendar.A (Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics). Mr.Pradeep.RK, intern, also received the award for securing the highest aggregate marks in Prosthodontics, Periodontics and Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics in the final year BDS examination.
