The 11th Clinicopathological Meeting of the Triple-O Departments was successfully conducted on 24th October 2025, featuring an engaging and insightful session under the theme “The One Habit–A Thousand Scars”. Dr.Gowsalya.R (Postgraduate Student, OMDR) presented two clinical cases, elaborating on the clinical features and risk of malignant transformation of Oral Submucous Fibrosis. This was followed by Dr.Nivethitha (Postgraduate Student, Oral Pathology) who provided a comprehensive interpretation of the histopathological characteristics of Oral Submucous Fibrosis and Squamous Cell Carcinoma. Dr.Suryahanth Mihiran (Professor, OMFS) concluded the session with an in-depth discussion on treatment strategies, emphasizing the application of Laser Fibrotomy in clinical management. The meeting saw enthusiastic participation from 23 faculty members, 62 postgraduate students, and 73 interns. This interdisciplinary academic platform fostered meaningful knowledge exchange, enhanced understanding of rare oral pathologies, and strengthened the spirit of collaborative learning and research.
