Dr.Vidhyasankari conferred with Doctor of Philosophy

Dr.Vidhyasankari.N, Professor and Head, Department of Prosthodontics and Crown & Bridge, was conferred the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Dentistry (Prosthodontics) by Vinayaka Mission’s Research Foundation, Salem. Her doctoral thesis, “Investigation of Azadirachta indica Leaves Nanoparticle-Incorporated Polyetheretherketone as an Endosseous Implant Material – An In Vitro Analysis,” was successfully evaluated during the PhD examination held on 12th September 2025. Her research investigated neem (Azadirachta indica) leaf nanoparticle-incorporated PEEK as a potential endosseous implant material, contributing to advancements in biomaterials research in Prosthodontics.
