Dr.Sharath Asokan, Principal and Professor, Department of Paediatric and Preventive Dentistry, has been honoured with the International Association of Paediatric Dentistry (IAPD) Research Award at the 30th IAPD Congress, held in Cape Town, South Africa, from 22nd to 25th October 2025. This global recognition was awarded in appreciation of his outstanding poster presentation, showcasing excellence in research and innovation in the field of Paediatric Dentistry. The award was presented by the IAPD President, Prof.Figen Seymen, and Dr.Soni Stephen, Awards Committee Chair, during the international conference attended by leading academicians and researchers from across the world.
