Dr.Sharath Asokan delivered lectures at the Authors & Reviewers Workshop 2025!

The Indian Society of Pedodontics & Preventive Dentistry (ISPPD), in collaboration with the Department of Paediatric & Preventive Dentistry, Babu Banarasi Das College of Dental Sciences, BBD University, Lucknow, and the Department of Paediatric & Preventive Dentistry, Sardar Patel Post Graduate Institute of Dental & Medical Sciences, successfully hosted the Authors & Reviewers Workshop 2025 on 1st & 2nd September, 2025. The workshop, themed “Reviewer’s Lens, Author’s Pen: A Dual Perspective,” brought together leading academicians and researchers from across the country to deliberate on the essentials of scientific writing, peer review, and publication ethics. Dr.Sharath Asokan, Professor & Principal, KSR Institute of Dental Science & Research, and Editor, ISPPD, was invited as a distinguished speaker and contributed through two insightful sessions – The Peer Review / Editorial Cycle – highlighting the editorial journey of manuscripts, the role of reviewers, and upholding research integrity, and Tips on Scientific Writing – providing practical strategies for authors to structure their research papers, improve readability, and enhance publication outcomes.
