Dr.R.Renuka Devi, Professor, Department of Periodontics, conducted an interactive hands-on session titled “Monetizing Your Idea through Intellectual Property Rights” at Dakshaa T26 – National Level Techno Cultural Fest, organized by K.S.Rangasamy College of Technology on 12th February 2026. The session offered valuable insights into innovation, patenting, and idea commercialization. A distinctive highlight was a live, on-the-spot demonstration where participant-suggested ideas were examined from a patentability perspective. The workshop had an enthusiastic participation from 25 attendees, fostering lively discussions and meaningful engagement, and proved to be a highly enriching learning experience.
