Dental screening camp conducted on account of National Youth Day!

As a part of National Youth Day celebration, the Department of Public Health Dentistry conducted a dental screening camp in ‘DEIVANAI PERUMAL HIGH SCHOOL’, Erode on 30th January 2024. The camp was organised to create awareness on oral diseases among the school students. Around 140 students were screened in this camp. An awareness talk about oral health and diseases and importance of oral health maintenance was delivered to the school students and teachers. The program was conducted by a team of 14 members which included teaching staff, interns and NSS volunteers of our institution. The program was successful in delivering oral health awareness among the students and teachers of the school.
