The Department of Oral Medicine and Radiology hosted a Continuing Dental Education (CDE) program titled “MONOCHROME – CBCT IN DENTISTRY” on 30th November 2024, to mark the World Radiography Day. Dr.Nilophar delivered a lecture on the introduction and implantology applications of CBCT, while Dr.Harish Babu highlighted its clinical implications across various dental fields. The event saw 94 registrations, including faculty, postgraduate students, and interns. A hands-on workshop followed, with 43 participants exploring CBCT software, nerve tracing, and endodontic and implant assessments under expert guidance. The interactive session provided practical knowledge, emphasizing CBCT’s significance in modern dentistry.
