KSR Institute of Dental Science Research and the Board of Geriatric Dentistry, FSCD conducted a CDE program titled “Caring for the Aging Smile: Best practices in Geriatric Dental Care” on the 31st of August 2024. Dr.Yuvika Raj Kumar, Dr.Vrinda Gupta, and Dr.Ankur Kaul, practising geriatric dentists in the United States, shared their expertise. The topics were directed towards providing targeted care and support to older adults during extractions and prosthodontic replacement with regards to the unique challenges faced by this special population, which can significantly enhance their dental health. This hybrid webinar was attended by around 180 students, faculty and clinicians.
