CDE program conducted by the Department of Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics

The Department of Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics successfully organized a Continuing Dental Education (CDE) program with Hands-on workshop “OUT OF THE BOX” on October 7th,2026 at Rang Enclave, Sushrutha Block. The lecture session focused on “Post-endodontic Restorations” delivered by the eminent speaker, Dr.L.M.Dhinakaran who captivated the audience with his expertise, clinical insights, and practical approaches to post-endodontic restorations and biomimetic dentistry. The program was attended by 74 participants, including CRIs, postgraduates and faculties from various specialties in our institution. Hands-on training session was conducted for 40 participants at the preclinical conservative laboratory. Participants acquired practical skills for performing post-endodontic restoration techniques on tooth models. Certificates of participation were issued for all the participants who attended lecture and the hands-on session. Tamil Nadu Dental Council awarded 5 CDE points for the programme.
