The Department of Oral Medicine and Radiology and the Internal Quality Assurance Cell of our institution together organized a CDE program titled “MONOCHROME – CBCT IN DENTISTRY” on 15th November 2023 to commemorate the World Radiography Day. The entire program was conducted under the banner of IAOMR (Indian Academy of Oral Medicine and Radiology). There were a total of 103 registrations. The resource persons for this program were Dr.Harish Babu, Director, Imagic Dental Lounge, Kerala, who delivered a talk on “Introduction to CBCT” & “CBCT in Implantology” and Dr.Nilophar A, Director, Ayras Dentscan (CBCT), Coimbatore, who delivered a talk on “CBCT in various fields in Dentistry”. The program was attended by faculty from various departments, postgraduate students and interns. The hands-on session was attended by 14 participants.
