A 3 day program was conducted by the Department of Prosthodontics and Crown & Bridge and IQAC on 9th, 10th and 11th of February 2023, in the Department of Prosthodontics, to provide basic clinical exposure of the various sequential procedures in dental implantology. The course was attended by 45 interns. It included lectures on case selection and treatment planning, observing surgical placement of single and multiple implants, demonstration of impression procedures, loading protocols and insertion of different prostheses. The course was conceptualized and facilitated by the department faculty members. Participants attempted pre and post test questions and completed a feedback form after completion of the course. The participants were presented with certificates, by the resource faculty.
