An anti-ragging workshop was conducted on 22nd October 2021 in our college premises. Dr.Pramod Kumar Gandra, Member, Dental Council of India, was the Chief Guest and conducted the workshop. He explained in detail about what constitutes ragging, and elaborated about what one should do when they are being ragged. Advocate Mr.Thirumoorthy also addressed the gathering and spoke about the legal aspects of ragging. The Principal, Dr.Sharath Asokan, encouraged the students to indulge in productive activities, avoid ragging, and maintain a ragging-free campus. Undergraduate students, Anti-Ragging Committee members, hostel wardens, and various faculty members participated in the workshop.
