Anti-ragging orientation program conducted!

An anti-ragging orientation program was conducted at Rang Enclave, KSRIDSR, on 11th October 2025. Dr Nidarsh Hegde, a member of the Dental Council of India and Principal of the Government Dental College, JNIMS, Imphal, was the Chief Guest for the event. He addressed the 1st year BDS and MDS students and educated them about the ill-effects of ragging and advised them to neither indulge in nor stay a mute witness to ragging. Advocate Mr Thirumoorthy spoke about the legal implications of ragging and encouraged students to maintain a ragging-free campus at KSRIDSR and informed them about measures that could be taken to prevent such incidents. Videos were screened during the event to educate the audience regarding the consequences of ragging.
