KSR Institute of Dental Science and Research celebrated its 19th College Day on December 19, 2025, at the Platinum Hall. The chief guest for the occasion was Dr.Manoj Murhekar, Director of the National Institute of Epidemiology, Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), Chennai. The Annual Report was presented by Principal Dr.Sharath Ashokan, highlighting the academic achievements, clinical excellence, research progress, and institutional milestones for the academic year. Prizes were distributed to honor the BDS University Examination overall and subjectwise toppers. The occasion became more memorable with the presence of the parents of the meritorious students. Best Teacher Awards were presented to Dr.S.Angeline Jessica, Dr.R.Mayavaraj, Dr.K.K.Sri Chinthu, and Dr.S.Manimaran. The Dr.(Capt).S.Elangovan Endowment Award, instituted for securing the highest mark in Oral Medicine and Radiology in the University Examination, was awarded to Ms.Noorul Arifa. Research contributions and publications from all departments were duly recognized and appreciated with cash prizes, reinforcing the institution’s commitment to academic excellence and innovation.
