Commemorating its excellence in nurturing dental education, KSR Institute of Dental Science and Research organized the “17th College Day Celebrations” in the college campus on 16th October 2023. The Chief Guest for the event was Dr.D.Kandaswamy, Former Dean, Faculty of Dental Sciences, Sri Ramachandra University, Chennai and the Guest of Honour was Dr.Captain.S.Elangovan, Former Head of the Department, Oral Medicine and Radiology, KSRIDSR. Principal Dr.Sharath Asokan presented the annual report. Students who topped in various subjects in the 2021-2022 University Examinations were awarded and felicitated. The “Dr.(Capt).S.Elangovan Endowment Award” for securing highest mark in Oral Medicine and Radiology in the University Examination was awarded to Ms.Srivarshini and Mr.S.Velu. Mrs.S.Maragatham, office staff of KSRIDSR, was felicitated for her 25 years of service to the institution. Chairman Mr.R.Srinivasan and CEO Dr.Akila Muthuramalingam congratulated the toppers for their academic proficiency.
