Webinar on Good Clinical Practice conducted

KSR Institute of Dental Science and Research and IQAC conducted a webinar on Good Clinical Practice on 05.02.2022, for the faculty, KSRIDSR IEC members and the post graduate students to give an insight into the conduct of clinical trials with human participants. Dr C Sheela Sasikumar, Dr S Poongothai and Dr S Ramya shared their expertise on the current regulatory requirements for conducting clinical trials, the informed consent process and the functioning of an Ethics committee and the responsibilities of its members. The event provided an impressive overview on conducting research of good ethical standards and scientific quality.
