Prosthodontist Day celebrated

The Department of Prosthodontics conducted LUMINANCE’22 on 22nd January 2022, as a part of Prosthodontists’ Day celebrations. An intra-college teeth arrangement competition for the students and interns of KSRIDSR was also conducted as part of the LUMINANCE’22 celebrations. All the participants were given a Certificate of Participation, and a Certificate of Appreciation was given to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners. The certificates were handed over by the Vice-Principal (Academics) Dr.Suman Jaishankar. Patients visiting the college were made aware of the importance of replacing teeth, denture care and the role of a prosthodontist in the dental field. The fabrication of dentures for each patient was initiated by making impressions.
