World Endodontic Day celebrated on 16th October!

The “World Endodontic Day-2023” was celebrated on 16th October 2023 to cheer, cherish and resuscitate the art of tackling labyrinthine passages. The day was made special by the presence of Dr.Kandaswamy, Former Dean of Sri Ramachandra Dental College and Hospital, SRIHER. Various treatment modalities being done in the institution were displayed in the outpatient reception to create public awareness on endodontics. An awareness skit was performed in a hilarious yet thought provoking way by the CRIs followed by an awareness talk by Dr.Dhivya Rajeshwari, final year post graduate student, in K.S Rangasamy College of Nursing to educate the nursing and allied health science students about handling dental trauma “AVULSION”. The Department of Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics was also adorned with beautiful rangoli and decoration by active participation of the CRIs. A selfie booth was also set up at the reception to make the day more memorable!
