Women’s Day 2021 Celebrations!

On the occasion of Women’s Day, the Women Empowerment Committee of KSRIDSR organized a series of programs for the teaching faculty, non-teaching faculty and students in the second/third week of March 2021. The celebration for teaching faculty, held on March 12th, included Zumba fitness workout, dance and games, and ended with lunch.

The program for non-teaching faculty was conducted on 17th March. It started with a speech on Covid vaccination and health awareness for women by Dr.K.Udhaya, Chairperson of the Women Empowerment Committee, followed by cultural programs and games.

An extempore competition in English and Tamil was conducted for the undergraduate and postgraduate students, on 16th March 2021. Topics were given on the spot, and Top 3 winners were chosen for both the languages individually.
