The Department of Public Health Dentistry and the Department of Orthodontics conducted a screening camp at Erode Railway Station on 17th April 2024 as a part of commemoration of World Health Day. In the program, 25 staff members working in the railway station were screened for oral diseases. A health talk was given on the maintenance of oral hygiene and proper brushing technique. A team of 14 members which included staffs, interns, NSS volunteers and non-teaching staff conducted the camp. The program addressed the oral health needs of the staff working in the railway station.
