Screening and oral awareness camp conducted at Nalam Child Development Center!

A screening and oral awareness camp was organised by Team Pedo at Nalam Child Development Center, Tiruchengode, on 4th November 2023. Faculty, postgraduate students and interns took part and demonstrated tooth brushing technique and oral hygiène awareness through models and audiovisual aids. Around 40 HIV positive children and their caretakers were screened. Tooth pastes, mouthwashes and gifts were distributed to them. The program was well received and appreciated by all the children and the founder of Nalam Child Development Center.
