“Proconnect-23 (Fixed Restorations – Demystified)” was jointly conducted by the Department of Prosthodontics and Crown & Bridge and the Department of Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics on 3rd, 4th and 5th July 2023. It was attended by 62 interns and 7 postgraduate students who underwent hands-on training in the clinical procedures of ceramic laminate veneer restorations. They also attended hands-on demonstration and lecture sessions on clinical, practical and laboratory procedures and solutions to problems encountered during fixed restorative procedures. An open discussion was done with the resource faculty regarding the queries pertaining to the topic. A pre- and post-test was conducted along with feedback from the participants. Certificates for participation were distributed by the Principal Dr.Sharath Asokan to the participants.
