“Oral Hygiene Day 2022”, was commemorated by the Departments of Periodontics and Public Health Dentistry by conducting an oral hygiene awareness and screening program at Panchayat Union Middle School, Alamedu on 1st August. Around 300 children benefited from this event. The children were taught proper brushing technique using models and our students emphasized the importance of oral hygiene maintenance through videos, followed by screening of oral cavity and distribution of free toothpastes to the children.
