NCC Cadets Awareness Program conducted

An oral health education and awareness program was conducted for 340 NCC Cadets at the 12TN BN NCC – Salem annual training camp at KSREI campus on 24.11.2021 by a dental team consisting of faculty members, postgraduates and interns from the Department of Public Health Dentistry and Department of Periodontics. The health education program was aimed to create awareness about the importance of maintaining good oral health. A demonstration of the correct method of tooth brushing was given using a health education model. The sessions were fruitful with active student participation.
