The ‘National Toothbrushing Day’ was commemorated by the Departments of Periodontics and Public Health Dentistry on 9th November 2021. An awareness program on oral health and demonstration of tooth brushing with models was conducted in the K.S.Rangasamy College of Arts and Science. Brief lectures on oral health and maintenance of oral hygiene, followed by tooth brushing demonstration were done for 1287 students in small groups. The sessions were productive with active student participation.
