Camp conducted in senior citizens’ home!

Department of Periodontics celebrated the Federation of Special Care Dentistry’s “October Geriatric Dentistry Awareness Month” by conducting an oral health awareness and screening camp at Advika Happy Home, a care home for the elderly at Erode on 10th October 2023. Oral health of 24 inmates was screened and they were explained about their oral health status. They were motivated to maintain their oral hygiene. The senior citizens enjoyed the oral health education sessions and a fun time of singing, dancing and games.
