Awareness program on the importance of replacement of missing teeth conducted!

The Department of Prosthodontics and Crown and Bridge, KSRIDSR conducted an outreach and awareness programme on the importance of replacement of missing teeth for the inmates of Maria Nivas Home for the Aged on 7th November 2023. A total of 13 members including 3 postgraduate students, 7 interns, 2 teaching faculty and 1 driver facilitated the outreach program. Role play was performed by the postgraduate students and interns regarding the awareness of replacement of missing teeth. A review was done for all the patients who were earlier rehabilitated with prosthesis in the previous denture camp. All the inmates benefited from the role play and gained knowledge regarding replacement of missing teeth.
