Every year, the month of February is considered as National Cancer Prevention Awareness month. Just being aware is not enough. We need to take action. In view of it, on 26.2.2022 (Saturday), a dental team consisting of faculty members and postgraduate students from the Department of Oral Medicine and Radiology and Department of Public Health Dentistry along with Dr.G.Sri Janani M.D (OG), Government Hospital, Tiruchengode visited V- School, Valaraigate, Tiruchengode to create awareness on oral cancer and breast cancer. The programme was very interactive where awareness creating videos and pamphlets were distributed to nursemaids at the school.
