An anti-ragging workshop was conducted in our institute premises on Saturday, 9th November 2019, to raise the awareness regarding the menace of ragging among the fresher students and the senior batches. Dr.M.C.Sainath, Member of Dental Council of India and Principal of Madha Dental College, Chennai, conducted the workshop, and delivered a detailed presentation about ragging. The audience was enlightened about the legal aspects of ragging by Mr.A.Elumalai, SSI, Salem-Kondalampatti Police Station, and Mr.A.Thirumoorthi, Advocate.
